About this house rental
Welcome to our large and airy duplex townhouse! You can expect three bedrooms and two baths, deck and huge fenced yard, great for groups and families. On the border of Madison and Fitchburg, easy access to downtown and Epic (both 10-15 minute drive.) Townhouse is all yours, complete privacy *Strict cleaning protocol in between guests*
The space:
On the main level, you'll walk into the stylish living room, which has a large smart TV and an electric fireplace. There is also a spacious kitchen and dining room. Glass doors lead from the dining room out to the back deck, where you can sit and enjoy the grass and trees in the big backyard. There is a grill on the deck as well as a fire pit for those who like a little fire in their life. Awesome place for kids to run around! Also on the first floor, you'll find one bedroom with 2 beds, a full bathroom, and the garage and basement doors.
Upstairs are two more big, bright bedrooms, each with two beds, and another full bathroom.
Laundry is located in the basement free of charge. Please bring your own detergent.
For large groups there are 2 couches in the living room and a queen size floor mattress which can be used for additional sleeping arrangements.
Parking:
There are 2 spaces in the driveway and easy street parking. Garage could be used with prior authorization otherwise, it is used for storage.
Other things to note:
We previously accepted dogs, and existing reservations with dogs may still bring them. We will consider accepting new reservations with dogs or other pets for an additional fee. Animals must be housebroken and are not allowed on any beds or furniture. Room rate varies $90-700 per night

We stayed here for our 50 yr college reunion with old roommates. The house worked well. We spent a lot of time on the back deck and large dining area table. The beds were comfortable and home well stocked. The hosts were very responsive to any issues. Check - in and out was very easy.
