Come and stay at our home 'down the shore. Where the beach meets the bay, all the way at the tip of the Long Beach Island, our hidden gem awaits for you and your family. Enjoy bike rides around the calm neighborhood, a short stroll to the beach or a good book by our heated salt water pool- we guarantee everyone in the family will find their perfect getaway at our home at Holgate.
Our home welcomes you with its five bedrooms and three and half baths, a large chefs kitchen, conveniently located by our elevator, opening up to a large dining area and living room featuring its stunning front balcony. We can't forget to mention our den with its own wet bar and our roof top furnished with an additional dining area.
We love our outdoor space and hope you will too; our backyard features: a heated salt water pool, hot tub, outdoor TV, outdoor bar and a firepit nestled between our favorite Adirondack chairs and under our string lights.

This house is the perfect stay!!! The house is beautiful inside and out. Everything we needed was provided making travel less stressful. You can view sunrises and sunsets from the porches. Steps from the beach AND bay. The backyard is a dream. We can’t wait to come back next year!!!! Don’t overlook this property, you won’t be disappointed.

The listing was very accurate and the house was perfect for my family’s vacation. The area was peaceful and quiet and the drive to attractions and shopping was was very short. Would absolutely book this property again in the future.

Beautiful home great amenities, pool, close walk to the beach. Nice bedroom layout for family with little kids. Good size rooms, decks, real nice backyard but green head flys make it difficult to enjoy. WiFi is weak for a house of this size.
