All Bedrooms in house come with custom Kirsch Top down, bottom up Blackout blinds if you like to sleep in the pitch black.

This is much more then the average vacation Home. It’s our second home. So you will find all the little things that make a house a home from puzzles and games for rainy days, A ton of outdoor recreation equipment, to A fully stocked kitchen.

Main level has Custom Kitchen with 2 sinks, professional appliances, Granite counter tops, Wine Fridge, Ice Maker, Large Island with seating and much more, opening up to the spacious dining and living room. 4 different decks including large roof deck with 360 views up and down the island.

For Boat lovers you can buoy your boat right outside of the house and walk right to it off of the sand beach. it should be noted that the Bay depth in this area is no more then 3-4 feet at HIGH tide meaning you can Buoy you boat and walk to it up to 200 feet out and not have to swim. A rarity to have a sand beach on the bay that shallow instead of bulkhead and deep water! Awesome for young kids as the water does not drop off till you get to the channel hundreds of feet out and don't have to worry about the young ones being swept by waves in over their head. The Bay is calm and perfect to lounge around on one of the 2 Giant rafts offered or take a swim in the warm waters. The house also comes with a 5 person paddle boat, 7 kayaks, 18 bikes, 4 stand up paddle boards, boogie boards, Crab traps, Fishing poles, and lots of floats and tubes. We even provide you with 10 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, and 2 beach buggies to cart all your gear in.

Walk to local restaurants, Ice cream shop, Beach shop and fishing stores. In a great area for biking and only a few block walk to the beach. Island is very narrow at this point.

There is a large ground patio with dinner seating and separate lounging area as well. There is a kids pirate ship to play on and the landscaping consists of a dozen palm trees, a wall of arborvitaes and tons of beach grasses giving you ultimate privacy.
