Nestled on 5 acres along the Katy Trail, our secluded river retreat offers direct access to the Missouri River. Enjoy fishing or simply relaxing on the deck while watching the river flow by. If you're traveling with horses, we have a four-stable horse barn for rent (**Please message us for stable rates**) and plenty of space to ride, including the nearby trail.
This rustic 4-bedroom home is surrounded by nature and farmland, offering sunshine and stunning views in every direction. Inside, the home features knotty pine and hardwood throughout. With 2 king beds and 4 full beds, it comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests. The 2 full bathrooms each include a jacuzzi tub. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking up your day's catch, and the wood-burning stove upstairs and wood-burning fireplace downstairs provide cozy retreats on cool nights. The lower level also includes a pool table for some friendly competition and a washer and dryer for added convenience.

Although we do not like fees in order to maintain our units we must make you aware of the following:
We are ONLY dog friendly. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests a non-refundable fee of $150 per reservation will be charged to cover additional cleaning costs. Pet fees are NOT included in the original reservation price or room rate provided. Any applicable pet fees will be added to your reservation MANUALLY and charged AFTER booking.
If you do not honor our pet policy (dog only disclosure) you will be fined $300.
Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250.
We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.
Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation.
An unapproved late check-out fine is $50.

This property is a great get-a-way to have peace and quiet. It is on several acres of property, so it was perfect for our 3 dogs. It is a short 20 to 25 minute drive into town, which has lots of cute shops and restaurants. We would love to come back some time and bring our kids and grandkids. This place is very spacious for families. It is also on the river front, which is great for fishing!
