Additional amenities include: Ceiling Fan, Hairdryer, Washer/Dryer In Unit, DVD Player, Stereo, Television, Wi-Fi Internet Access, Balcony/Patio, Elevator Access-Some, Fireplace-Some, Jetted Tub and Stairs-Most
The person checking in must be 21 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $100 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee. Any damages will be charge upon check-out.
The check- in time is 4 p.m. and check out time is 10 a.m. The nearest airport to Club Wyndham Pagosa is La Plata Airport which is 38.52 miles by car respectively.

The apartment is assigned to you when you get there, the properties shown online are just a variety of what they represent. I read the description well, I also called and had this clarified before we departed. I was texted a few days before we arrived that I might need to tell them at check in if they ask " that we were "friends of the owners " to avoid sales pressure for timeshares. I was given their first names only. I texted back... well what is their last names because if I'm their friends I would know that. Never received another communication. We checked in at 1600 on the dot and it was busy ,no one tried to sell me a timeshare etc. We received a 2 bed 2 bath as per what we requested and paid for. The building we got was older, furniture is older, and the sofas are like sitting on rocks. Beds were hard and the showers were made for shorter people than myself also I'm only 5'3" and I even had to bend down to wash my hair. Overall the area is just beautiful , and I would stay again, but be aware that you might be staying in someones old worn out timeshare and they may try to upsell you it seems, it didn't happen to me at least. The property grounds are beautiful with a lot of places to go within walking distance, the recreation center was super nice and well maintained. I would stay again , but I now know that the rental you get is a mixed bag and you might get something really nice, average or worse. Pagosa Springs is a nice mountain town with plenty to do.
