The person checking in must be 21 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $100 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee. Any damages will be charge upon check-out.

We were upgraded from a 2 bedroom to a 3 bedroom, which was great. Overall, a good experience with the rental. Definitely Wyndham Properties could do some road repairs for the mess of potholes in the roads.

We received notice the day before check in that we couldn’t access our room until 5:00. When we arrived, check in process was not efficient as they were trying to encourage us to come the next day for an hour and a half to do a type of survey. Then when it was time for check out, it is strictly at 10:00. Just feels unwelcoming when you’re arrival is being pushed back and then there’s a prompt and early departure requirement. This takes away from the vacation feeling and adds a sense of being nickel and dimed out of time on vacation. We’ve vacationed all over the country (and outside of the country) and I’ve never stayed somewhere where a late check out is not an option. Also most places let us check in early at 2:00, sometimes even 12:00.
Last note, we were not notified that the pool and hot tub would be unavailable until 1 week prior to check in. The pool area was prominently featured during the booking process and was a persuasive pull to separate your booking from competitors. We find out it’s being remodeled just before with not enough time to select another option. Overall, the unit was spacious, clean, and well kept. We had a wonderful time! But having to work around these consistent variables pulled some of the good energy out of this trip. More thoughtfulness toward traveler’s user experience would have gone a long way toward boosting our impression of Wyndham and becoming a repeat customer. Thank you for your consideration.
