Stunning décor, luxurious features throughout, and sleeping 24 guests across two properties, perfect for that special gathering for big groups looking for a central town centre location.
The houses have traditional, rustic appeal, with some wonderful little touches of luxury that make this home so special. The corner sofa has space for the group to curl up and relax, and there’s a second living area too, offering plenty of space to settle down for a catch up over a glass of bubbly. For those special meals with the group, you’ll find a modern equipped kitchen.
When it’s time to unwind, the courtyard areas are a great space to retreat in the evenings under the stars.

Set in close proximity to the River Thames, Henley is one of the country’s most picturesque towns. With parks, crazy golf, cinema, theatre, museum and a bustling town with shops, restaurants, pubs and coffee shops.
Whilst staying at the two properties you will benefit from room service from the Bull pub next door which offer a fantastic selection of food and drink.
Please note that if you’re looking to order room service food from The Bull Pub, they require at least 4 hours notice.
Please note this property is located in the town centre, so some noise from the surrounding area may be expected.
Dogs are very welcome to join you during your stay; however, please note that they must not be left unattended at the property at any time. Please note that there is an additional £30 charge per pet.

We stayed at the old coach house and dolls house for my birthday. The location was amazing, the houses were exceptionally well presented and the link with the pub next door was brilliant. The only downside is I thought the houses were joined together i.e you could walk through one house on to the other but otherwise it exceeded expectations. Thanks
