The Ice House was the perfect stay. Petra has thought of everything. She is very responsive and thoughtful. The house is beautiful and the back yard is relaxing and private. It is in a quiet neighborhood right before the bridge to Anna Maria. It is also in walking distance to a cute coffee shop and great seafood. My family will stay again if we come back to this area. We didn’t want to leave!

Petra was welcoming, friendly and can anticipate your needs in advance. The home was stylish and fully equipped inside and out. The outdoor area was dreamy starting with the pool, gorgeous outdoor grill, pool and land toys. The location is five minutes from beaches, restaurants and sunsets. It was everything we expected! The perfect getaway.

Great place to say. Well equipped and clean! The location is awesome. Enjoyed the outdoor area and pool! There were some unexpected extras that were much appreciated. Petra was easy to work with and responded quickly when we asked questions! Thank you Petra!

The Ice House was the perfect vacation house with all of the amenities. Petra went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed and was so easy to communicate with. The best part is the outdoor area. I could have spent all of my time there relaxing in the pool, lounging, and enjoying the fire pit and grilling area. The house is minutes from Anna Maria Island. We rented a golf cart and were able to take that right over the bridge to the beaches. We will definitely be visiting again!
