We offer for tourist rental a two-bedroom apartment in the “Residencial Alegría XII” complex, a few steps from the sea and the beach. The apartment has an area of 90 m2 and consists of a living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a balcony overlooking the sea. There is everything you need: furniture, household electrical appliances (including a dishwasher and coffee maker), dishes, bed linen and towels. Central air conditioning, wireless Internet. Spanish television. The sea and Los Locos beach are literally across the street. The complex has an indoor swimming pool and a Finnish sauna. Sauna services are paid separately. There is a supermarket and many bars and cafes within walking distance from the building. Accommodation option - up to 4 people (strictly no animals!). Smoking is allowed only on the balcony!
Check-in to the property is from 15:00 to 19:00. Check-out is from 09:00 to 11:00. For check-in or check-out outside company/office working hours, Sundays, weekends and holidays, an additional fee of 20 euros will be charged. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturday from 10:00 to 15:00, Sunday - closed. Upon check-in, a deposit of 200 euros is paid.
