The house is located in a quiet area between the Ventoux and the Luberon, 30 minutes from Avignon, 10 minutes from Carpentras, 20 minutes from Isle-sur-la-Sorgue and 1h30 from the Mediterranean Sea. Train station nearby (Carpentras), close to all shops (on foot).
Swimming pool (6m x 4m) fenced (height of the fence 1m). Enclosed garden with flowers and trees of 1200 m2. Large terrace with awning. Parking of vehicles in the courtyard, electric gate.
Non-smoking house inside.
Pets not allowed, the owner has 2 cats who live in an adjoining part of the house but totally independent.
