About this house rental
A real gem with great surrounding views. This home features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a basement. When you walk in, you are welcomed by a quaint seating area where you could enjoy your favorite book by the window. Area leads into the dining area nestled next to the wood burning stove and full kitchen. There is an intimate front and back porch with beautiful views. You are within walking distance to the local shops and eateries. Take some time to hike the trails or visit nearby lakes. The residence is just 15 short minutes from Cuchara, home of the stunning Spanish Peak Mountains.
Disclosure: This property is a duplex. There is a shared door on the main floor that will remain locked unless a renter decides to rent out both sides. If entire duplex is rented it can hold a total of approximately 17-20+ people including couches and air mattresses, if need be.
Other details to note: We do not have air conditioning throughout the home, but we do offer an a/c window unit in the main living area to help with the warm of the afternoon. It works great! Opening the bedroom windows in the evening keep sleeping very comfortable.

I took the kids and grandkids to the sand dunes so we stayed the night here so we could get there early. The house was very clean and comfortable and the pictures are accurate. The town was quiet with great views and many deer around. There are a few restaurant options in town and a gas station nearby.

It is a great space to stay. And the hosts were so easy to communicate with and made sure our stay was incredible. We would definitely stay here again.

property managers were quick to respond and accommodate after a misunderstanding. property was very clean and cute, perfect for big parties, back yard is perfect for small outdoor games. neighbors are very friendly and sweet.
