The bedroom offers a homely double bed and a wardrobe, with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure comfort.
The bathroom is well-appointed, with all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.

With its central location, this address is a great starting point for exploring all Madrid has to offer.
This property is conveniently situated within walking distance of two major metro stations. Sevilla station is just a 2-minute walk away, while Sol station is 4-minute walk. This prime location offers easy access to public transportation, making it a convenient choice for exploring the vibrant city of Madrid.
Please consider there could be a constructon nearby and it could be a bit noisy during days of the week.
Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Getting the keys and access was clunky. But wonderful location. Nice spot for a few days. Clean and practical. Would rent again.

Great location. Listing said dishwasher but that is not the case. Very clean. Only one small mirror in the bathroom.The bed had a flat sheet instead of a fitted one which was extremely annoying and uncomfortable.

The place is very clean, has all of the necessities (and then some- a laundry pod, soaps, hair dryer, towel heater) and has an excellent location. There’s a lot of great restaurants. My only complaint is that checking in was a bit of a nightmare. We followed the directions provided exactly and the code was incorrect to retrieve the keys (it had an extra number in it so eventually I got in to retrieve them from the lockbox). ALSO there’s two sets of stairs that lead to different apartments but the second set is hidden down the hall. We tried to get into the wrong apartment for 30 minutes until we looked around and found the other stairs.Everything else was perfectly fine!
