The All Seasons Collection 30A is pleased to offer this wonderful townhome as part of our distinctive collection of homes with private beach and pool access, exclusively located in the town of Rosemary Beach.
The layout of this home is perfect for guests seeking privacy which is found on every level. Not to mention a total of eight outdoor balconies The first level of this home features two bedrooms; one queen with connecting bath and larger walk-in shower and one king with connecting bath shower/tub combination, a seating area, wet bar, and access to the expansive courtyard. An elevator at this entrance provides easy access to the second and third levels . The second floor features a private seating area and the master ensuite with double vanity sinks, walk-in shower, soaking tub and private balcony. The 4th bedroom also on this floor is a king master ensuite with walk-in shower. The third floor provides open-concept living with an abundance of light and northern and southern facing balconies. One of them is expansive where you have a seating and outdoor dining area. The recently updated gourmet kitchen is outfitted with high-end Dacor and Bosch appliances and features shaker cabinets, quartzite countertops, and designer lighting. This place deserves more than 5 stars! Beautiful place, so close to everything… beach, restaurants, pool. There was an outdoor concert which we could see/hear from our balcony! The views from the multiple balconies were amazing! Communication was exceptional. House was beautifully decorated and well equipped and even had extras which were an added touch (bikes, chairs, umbrellas) and the local soap was so nice too! Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time as a family. The house was clean and easily accessible. The variety of floors allowed for ample soace to spread out. We will definitely plan another family vacation. The location was perfect for access to town, beaches, and several pools.Gina

Great house - fully stocked kitchen, didn’t need to bring a thing, extremely comfortable beds/linens, space to spread out or come together as a family for game-time. Perfect location and the bikes were a nice added treat. Best of all, the management company was a delight to work with - special thanks to Cheryl. We are already planning to rent this house again.
