In the heart of a large wooded garden, 7 minutes from the sea, this recently renovated house welcomes you in an exceptional and peaceful setting!

- Living room with fireplace - sofa - TV
- 5 bedrooms including one on the ground floor with private bathroom

🥾 The GR34 hiking trail (customs trail) is 10 minutes from the house.
⛵The port of Pleneuf Val André and its restaurants are also 10 minutes from the house

🐕 Animals are welcome in exchange for a fee due to the additional cleaning this entails.
Thanks to the large outdoor area, your animals will be able to fully flourish!
