About this house rental
In the heart of a 7300m² wooded park with its tennis court, discover this spacious quiet property, close to the sea and beautiful beaches. Ideal for gathering family and friends and spending special moments.
Happiness for children: trampoline, slide, ping pong table, basketball hoop... They can play outside in complete safety.
Plenty of parking spaces. WIFI (fibre).
The accommodation
This 350m² property is composed of two dwellings: the main farmhouse and the stone outbuilding next door.
For the main farmhouse: the living rooms are on the first floor with the large living room and its fireplace, a second living room generally used by children, a large equipped kitchen and a veranda opening onto the inner courtyard. Upstairs, 5 bedrooms.
For the outbuilding: on the first floor, a kitchenette kitchen, a bathroom, 2 bedrooms. And upstairs, a very large bedroom, which can be used as a dormitory or a games room.
NEW IN 2024: refreshment of this little house and change of bedding
The laundry room is available (washing machine and dryer).
In spring, the table and chairs are set up in the courtyard, as well as the children's games. Sun loungers in the garden. Tennis...
Plenty of parking at the entrance of the property.
Traveler access
Guests have access to the entire property as well as the park and tennis court.

Bed linen and towels not included (extra rental possible, ask me in advance).
Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation. There is plenty of room outside :)
Pets are allowed, they can enjoy the entire garden and veranda. They are not allowed in the rest of the house.
We ask guests to leave the accommodation in a decent state of cleanliness when leaving.
