The Cottage is 800 SF 1bd/1ba w/full kitchen, living room, dining area & laundry. PARKING: Lots of room in driveway and in front of garage, parking for larger vehicles in the stable areas as well

COTTAGE: 1 bedroom w/queen size bed, 1 bathroom, 800sf with livingroom, kitchen, dining area, washer/dryer. 65” Smart TV, AC & Heater. Pullout full size mattress couch.

We are a family renting our personal home, with that we like to be transparent and honest. The home was built in 1989 and has since been remodeled, but like any older home it has a few corky features about itself. You may bump into one of these things during your stay so we will try to list them out so it's not a surprise and you don't feel mislead about the home. It's not the Four Seasons and you may come across an issue during your stay, we just ask that you contact us and allow us to correct any issues. We promise it'll be handled quickly and with minimal disturbance if any.

During your stay if you are using the A/C we ask that you please keep all of the windows and doors closed to allow for best performance of the cooling system. Another reason is, those windows have a mind of their own and aren't the easiest to open & close.

Guest access

You have full access to the Main House. The Pool & Spa and outdoor area are shared areas, but a great place to play games or relax in the sun.

The Villa has 2 bedrooms , 1 full bathroom and 1/2 bath downstairs on 1st floor. 1 flight of stairs to access the 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms upstairs. Outdoor spaces are shared with other guest unless you book BOTH the Cottage & Main House together.

You’ll have full access to the main house & cottage and the backyard pool area.

We are not on site, but are available should you need us! Please note, this home was built in 1989 and might have some minor issues during your stay. We ask that you please give us the opportunity to correct any problems, hopefully nothing will come up, but if they do we will make it a priority to correct it ASAP!

County Quiet time is defined as 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Noise complaints and fines range from $1250-$2500.

We request that you respect the reservation you committed to and only have the same number of overnight guest in the house as listed on your reservation. All guests must be included in the reservation no matter time and length of their stay, this is for your safety and is required by all booking sites. Any extra overnight guests not disclosed will cause a $500 fine.

If you have a pet, please contact us to discuss prior to booking. Any pets on property without prior consent guest will be charged a $500 fine per pet.

A large group from our church stayed here for our church retreat. The property was very clean, was accurate to the listing, and communication with Sam was quick and efficient. There were many amenities and things to do in our free time! Sam did a great job ensuring that we would have a wonderful stay. We had such a great time and loved the property and would love to stay here again in the future!

Overall very clean, so much open space to do activities. Everyone was happy! They provided gifts for the guests and provided toiletries for everyone which was nice. If there were any issues, we’d call Sam and a representative would swing by the house to fix everything. So overall it was great for the entire group!

8 cousins and our spouses (50-70 years old)were able to Spend 6 nights reminiscing our childhood memories and making more special memories. Our host, Sam was awesome and very personable to work with from the first day I booked! I recommend anywhere in the area to check it out!!

We stayed at this property for three nights for a family reunion. 24 people from ages 1 through 83. Finding rentals for a group this size is difficult but we’ve been doing it for many years and have stayed in a lot of large vacation rentals.The owner sent us keypad codes the day of check in so we were able to show up and get the house open. A number of the beds were made with just a fitted sheet on the mattress with blankets over the top of that. After looking around we eventually found some extra sheets in one of the RV’s to get the beds squared away. The owner’s welcome said “We left you some goodies” but there were no goodies to be found.The window in the front door was boarded up. The owner messaged me and said they had a really bad tenant just before us that broke some things and they tried to get everything fixed but ran out of time. The sliding glass door everyone used to get from the inside to the backyard was also messed up and super hard to use throughout the stay.The overall space and variety of activity amenities was great for our diverse group and generally as pictured on the website. We used the pickleball court a lot as well as the hot tub, pool table and air hockey. You have to message the host to remotely turn on the hot tub in 2 hour increments which wasn’t ideal but he was responsive to those messages. We do all of own cooking so really didn’t leave the property at all. Neighbors aren’t too close, which was nice.The main dining table by the kitchen
