All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Our stay was AMAZING! The house is beautifully decorated and great central location. The house had everything we needed - from towels and beach gear, to a fully loaded kitchen. And my kids loved the bunk beds! Definitely want to go back!

Our family of 4 had a great stay in Chatham. The home is a perfect size for our family and conveniently located right next to the bike path. Short walk to town, pier, and market. Well maintained with a very nice kitchen and living area.

This house served my family of 4 well on our 4-day trip to Cape Cod. The house was super modern, clean, and had everything we needed for cooking, washing, and entertainment. I loved that it is located next to the bike trail. We had our daily morning walks with coffee.
