About this house rental
Wake up rejuvenated among the trees in this little light-filled garden house in East Central Austin. Unwind from your Austin fun with all the complimentary drinks and snacks and enjoy comforts of home.
The kitchenette(fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and a hot plate with pan) is enough to make a small meal or coffee to start your morning.

The bungalow features a large arch window, a small kitchen with a skylight, and beautiful architectural details like an archway wall between the main room and the kitchen. Sliding door to the bathroom, blinds on all the windows, and a private entrance.
Set on a quaint street in the cool Cherrywood neighborhood. Walk to a variety of hip cafes and restaurants.
This is a smoke-free, pet-free space.

What is the parking situation?
You may park in the driveway on the right hand side.. If more space is needed, on street parking is fre and available.
Kiddo Supplies: Please let us know ahead of time if you need a pack n play or high chair.
How do I check in?
A day or two before your arrival, we send the details for your check in: address, door code, wifi info. You will be able to come and go using a code. Your personal code is activated at 3 pm, so if you request an early check in the code may not work. Just remind us!
Can I extend a stay?
To extend a stay, you can request through the app or message us. We will check the calendar then send confirmation with the new payout.
Can I change or cancel my reservation?
We have a moderate cancellation policy. It may vary a bit between platforms, but usually 5 days prior to arrival guests may receive a full refund. If a guests wants to make changes within the five days arrival or after arrival, we cannot provide a refund.
Are pets allowed?
Because of allergies, we are not able to host pets.
Are there extra pillows?
We provided two pillows per person. For instance, a queen bed will have four sleeping pillows. We leave plenty of extra blankets as well.
Are extra guests allowed?
If you have a few (2-3) friends pop over, this is not an issues.
Is smoking allowed outside?
Yes, you are welcome to smoke outside the space. Please pick up cigarette butts. Smoking inside the home would result in a 250.00 fee for cleaning and possible blocking nights for other guests.
Could we leave our luggage?
We are able to store luggage in the space for two hours before or after check in. Let us know so our cleaners are not surprised. There is also a service (usebounce) that is an option for storing bags.
Could I have an early check-in or late checkout?
We use the DACK app (info given upon confirmation) where guests can purchase extra time before check-in or after check-out. This allows our cleaners to manage their time and have houses ready in a timely manner.
What is a MUST do in Austin?
We love Barton Springs (especially in warmer months). South Congress has so much in a close proximity. Park close to Jo’s Coffee and stroll from there (shopping, cafes, music!). Vera Cruz tacos are really the best Austin has! Our Capital is gorgeous and very worth a drive by!
Please no smoking and no pets.
If guests stay beyond the 11:00am check out time (or the agreed uptime time), they will be charged $50.00.
Please don't flush wipes of any kind, paper towels, sanitary products etc. Repair fees for system clogs will be charged to the guests.

Private, cozy, quiet property. There is no sink in the bathroom and that would have been nice to know beforehand, but not a huge inconvenience to use the kitchen sink. Air conditioning was a lifesaver!
