About this cabin rental
Beautiful mountain cabin in Blue Lake Springs. Access to Home Owners swimming pool, tennis courts, basketball courts ,private lake and beach. with guest card. Their is a $80 deposit for lost card. Their is a daily charge for using the lake, pool, exercise room and tennis courts. This fee is collected by the Homeowners Organization when you enter a site. White Pines lake is bugger and free and three miles away.
At Beary Happy Cabin - Washer and Dryer , propane fire place ,horse shoe pit ,two swings, one made from a Ski lift chair. Large master bedroom with vaulted ceiling. Wifi.
Antenna T.V. ( takes CD's) in living room and ROKU T.V. in master bedroom.

Instructions :
Septic Tank. Please no garbage in the kitchen drain. ALL 1800 homes in Blue Lake Springs are on Septic Tanks. No trash can go into the tank. Please put garbage in the trash. Also be gentle with the toilets. Flush only the paper we supply. It is Septic safe.
Emergency -call Karie Thompson 209- 768 5261 Phone reception. Drive to the top of the hill for better reception.

Trash -put in the Bear Box at top of driveway and LOCK IT! Yes, we have nice bears.
Dishes- Load washer and run it before you leave. We will put them away. Do not leave dirty dishes.
Beds - Please strip all used beds and put the sheets in washer -do not start. Housekeeping will clean sheets.
Local Fox couple. They may visit at dusk. They are very nice and like meat scraps.
The morning view from the master bedroom or dining room is grand.
Big Tree State Park is 4 miles away. Arnold Rim Trail is close and a map is in the second bedroom. Dorrington and Murphy's and 10 minutes away. Logging Museum in White Pines is 5 minutes away.
