This location is the best to stay in because it is the safest area in SF, transportation to the rest of the city is just a walk away, a couple blocks from restaurants and only 3 SHORT BLOCKS FROM THE BEACH. Here you are also a short train ride or a short drive to Golden Gate Park.

We had great walks by the beach and in the park. The hot water was consistent and made showing a pleasure. You are sharing a bathroom and kitchen which is not as clear as it could be from the advertisement but it worked out fine.

It’s 3 male roommate housing situation and one other Vrbo room- would be better as a long term stay, but very enjoyable experience overall.

I never write reviews, but the Karen who left the 2/10 was so wrong it made me want to correct the record. This isn't the Ritz downtown for $750/night, but it seems as if she was looking for that.
This place has basic bedrooms, a nice shared kitchen, fridge and bathroom. It's 2 blocks from the Judah Muni and 2 blocks from the beach in a nice neighborhood with a lot of character and Thai restaurants. I want to bring my 2 kids here next year and rent all 3 rooms for a san fran vacation

The stay was short and for the most part it was fine. I was in a room by myself, and there were 2 other rooms in the Vrbo that were also being rented out to other people. There is one bathroom - it is nice, but worth noting that it is a communal bathroom. It didn’t came up for me, but the kitchen and refrigerator were small and I wasn’t sure if it was communal, or more for the owner of the property.
My room was mostly comfortable, though a fan would help go a long way. The owner of the property was very friendly.
