The living space has been redesigned, and the bathroom remodeled from scratch. The improvements include a new closet, new paint, Hi-speed WiFi, new tiles in the bathroom, new bathtub, and more.
This unit is conveniently located in a quiet area with quick access to the 280 freeway and within blocks of public transportation. Plenty of street parking available. Stern Grove and The Stonestown Shopping Gallery are a short 5-10 minute walk away. Lake Merced and Lakeshore Plaza are also within walking distance (less than 1 mile away).

Very small but efficent apartment in a vintage neighborhood in the sunset district of San Francisco. Great location. Very nice bathroom, comfortable bed. No sofa, but a very comfortable chair. Kitchen was small, with a two burner cooktop, and limited counter space. No oven. Microwave only. A toaster oven or an air fryer would round out the cookware significantly. You might want to bring your own spices if you plan on cooking. Salt and pepper available. I didn't watch TV because there was no comfortable place to watch it. A small sofa would have been better than the chair and table. I know people like to watch TV in bed, but I don't. Roku was available, but bring your own passwords for your streaming services. Landlord was available when I needed help. All in all, a nice stay.

Mikhail’s place is a gem. The accommodation was clean and stocked with all the needed essentials to make the stay enjoyable. As a single senior female traveler I do not often feel as safe as I did at Mikhail’s place. Nice neighborhood within easy walking distance to shopping and Muni buses. Thank you

Location was ideal as I came to SF to attend a wedding at Stern Grove. I was able to walk to the venue in an easy 15 minutes. It is a studio apartment so it is compact but I found it met my needs. The apartment was clean and the bed was comfortable.
