Two large guest rooms occupy the first level with comfortable king beds and flat screen TVs, and one of these rooms also includes a bunk bed. There is a nearby full bathroom with a shower and another half bathroom on this level making it convenient for those utilizing the sofa sleeper. The size and layout were the strongest part of this stay — the house was roomy and functional for our needs.However, security was a concern. Several entry points were not in good condition:One door would not lockOne of the property gates either did not have working locks or did not lock at allSliding doors were worn and did not feel secureThe home also felt dated and in need of overall maintenance and attention.There was an issue with a smoke alarm, but to their credit, the property manager was responsive and addressed it quickly once it was reported.Additional notes:Outdoor space was very smallThe overall condition did not fully match the listing photosA neighboring property was under active construction, with noticeable noise throughout the week; this was not disclosed in the listingBottom line: Good interior space, but maintenance and security issues—particularly doors and gates that don't lock —keep this property at a 3‑star level.
