Pool Heating is an additional fee of $80 per night. Pool heat must be requested and paid 48 hours before arrival. The hot tub is available for free. A heated pool will range from 80-85 degrees.

We had a great time at this property. Brittany was helpful in communicating ahead of our arrival, the location is perfect and the pool is amazing. While I’m sure this property may appear like a great selection for a Bach/Bachelorette (which I’m sure it is), it is also great for families!

This property is the perfect mix between quiet paradise and funky vibes. The location sits in a perfect middle ground to be 10-15 minutes away from anything, and the pool/hot tub were a great way to spend time outside while feeling casual enough to go in/out as needed. Wonderful communications with Brittany, too! 10/10 recommend.

My adult family and I had an amazing stay at this house, located just off the freeway and near all of the action in Old Town Scottsdale. The property was exactly as shown in the listing photos and was extremely spacious for seven adults. The primary bedroom had an en-suite bathroom while the other three bedrooms all had to share another full bath. Large living room with comfortable couch and smart TV while the dining area provided a large table and chairs for everyone in our group. The kitchen had enough of the staples to cook meals at the unit and the propane grill was great to have for poolside bbq action! The two bonus rooms could probably be repurposed as sleeping or lounging spaces, but the women in our group appreciated the beauty bar and disco ball/dance floor. Outside, the pool and hot tub situation was tranquil and enjoyable. The backyard faces south, so even in chill of January our group was able to utilize the poolside lounge chairs and catch some rays. The location provides easy access to Old Town, Scottsdale, as well as the 101 highway, which provided us the ability to get anywhere in the greater Phoenix area in a short amount of time. Our host was extremely communicative and provided flexibility for early check-in, which we really appreciated.

The property was VERY Nice, clean and well equipped! Would recommend to others to stay there.
Only recommendation would be to have a Booklet/folder/sign to show the Restrictions and Checkout requirements. Not a big deal since Manager was very easy to contact and quick to reply!
