The apartment feels really new, its lovely and light and perfect for a small family. The balcony and roofterrace get lots of sun and have great views of Cabo Roig and the ocean. The communal pool areal is well maintained and there are usually plenty of sunbeds, its doesn't feel too crowded.
The only things we were missing was ovenmitts and a breadknife, other than that the kitchen was well equipped and had new appliances.
Communication with the letting agent was superb and they were very accomodating. Would love to stay here again!
