There is also a terrace that overlooks the communal pool and garden with its table and 6 chairs. Upstairs leaving the main room there is a large solarium.
It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms and the house style is modern. The main room is equipped with a double bed while the room below has a trundle bed for 2 people. In the living room there is a double sofa bed. Each room has a drawer cabinet and fitted wardrobes lined and finished with its beds and bars and clothes hangers.
In the living room and main room there are air conditioning machines and also ceiling fans.
The kitchen is fully equipped to feel at home with crockery and holes and cutlery for 6 people. The appliances at home are the dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, hob, oven, toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, kettle etc. The washing machine is in the solarium on the first floor. There is a guest book detailing everything you need to know about the operation of appliances, the house and the area.
There is an iron, vacuum cleaner, ironing board and also a hair dryer. Bed linen and towels are provided.
During the months of July and August the WIFI connection is included in the rent. In the other months there is an additional charge.
The house is in a private residential with a well-kept community pool and garden area. The complex has only 30 homes and most are foreigners which means that it is always very quiet, even in July and August. The surroundings are also wide avenues and also is always quiet and bright. There are shopping and entertainment areas nearby but not so close to cause no discomfort or noise, that is, a house to spend a quiet holiday.
There is a charge of 80 Euros for cleaning and 250 Euros for a refundable damage protection deposit that will be paid before arrival.
IMPORTANT: Please do not leave the air machines on when they are not in the house. If we see excessive use of light during your stay, we will have to deduct it from the deposit.

House exceeded our expectations! Had everything we needed, was clean and well maintained. Pool diectly outside the property was fab, kids loved it. Was never too busy either.
Owners communication was great too. Would highly recommend.

Me and my family had a wonderful stay at this cozy and inviting accommodation. The house was impeccably maintained and provided an instant sense of being at home. It was well-equipped with all the essentials, including individual AC/fans in every room, a fully stocked kitchen, and ample towels and bedding.
One of the standout features was the front garden with its terrace and pool access, offering the perfect setting for relaxation. Our family thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our vacation, thanks in large part to this lovely property.
The check-in and check-out processes were seamless, adding to the overall positive experience. A special mention must go to the owners, Farah and Alfredo, who were incredibly helpful and kind throughout our stay.
Without hesitation, we highly recommend this accommodation in Orihuela, and if we return to the area, we will definitely choose to stay in this house again. It made our vacation truly memorable!

Beautiful accommodation, well maintained and spotlessly clean. Has everything you need and more for a self-catering holiday. In a secured, gated complex.
Pool area immaculate and the terrace of this accommodation, which has a dining area is right at poolside.
Front garden is a lovely sun trap with dining area
and sun loungers also.
A few very good restaurants and bars within walking distance.
To venture further to main Cabo Roig strip, beaches or La Zenia would recommend local taxi service or hire a car as good 20-30 minute walk.
Communication with owners was 100% and collecting and returning keys was hassle free, and made themselves available throughout our stay should we have any queries, which we didn’t as everything was perfect.
Would highly recommend this accommodation if it’s somewhere you just want to get away, relax and enjoy the sun.

We’ve visited this urbanization some years now, renting in another community, but this property met our expectations and beyond. Well equiped kitchen, good beds, nice outside area. We will definitely recommend this property to others. If there was one negative thing we had to mention it must be slow internet. One of the bedrooms is without AC and we couldn’t get the fan working in the living room to get some circulation in that bedroom, but we slept well in almost 3 weeks.Property owners were always available on telephone/SMS and gave good information before and during the stay.
