The hotel serves up endless dining choices and a kids’ hub so packed with arcades it could power a sugar rush, while adults get their zen on in the spa. The staff are friendlier than your favorite aunt, service never sleeps, and the welcome mat feels practically permanent. The food hits 5-star standards, though your wallet might notice the difference compared to Hoi An or Da Nang street eats—but hey, treat yourself once! Facilities are spotless and sleek, with a small but mighty gym. Nestled just outside Hoi An, it boasts cleaner air, less pollution, and a cooler breeze—perfect for poolside coconut sipping without melting into your sun lounger. Hourly shuttles whisk you to Hoi An or Da Nang, though I dream of the day they swap petrol for EVs. Vietnam, you’re gorgeous—never change.

I would have given 5 stars if the food and beverage prices were not so much more expensive than comparing with outside of the resort.
