- the room was clean and comfortable
- the location was close to public transport, supermarkets and restaurants and near the main town centre.

- reception was not staffed when we arrived although we arrived within the time frame indicated in our booking.
- the receptionist did not speak English and was not friendly
- The room was no more than half the size of the one we booked.
- There was no signage on the exterior of the buiding.and the entry was signed to the gaming area
- The entry required going up a flight of stos but the exit allowed access directly to footpath level.
- No direct lighting at the lift area
- The drain in the shower drained very slowly, meaning that we stood in 2-3 cm of water while showering. We raised the issue, got an "I'm sorry" but the issue was not fixed.
- No soap or gel in the shower area.
- Only one stool in the room.
- No facilities for eating - cups, plates, toaster, hot water kettle, cuttlery etc.
