    Staff are polite and extremely respectful. We enjoyed our stay, neighbourhood is quiet. Trendy hotpot place nearby made dinner very pleasant.

    My expectations were much higher for the price I paid (more than 1 mln VND per night). I booked a Signature room with breakfast. Pros: • Good design, and there was always hot water and fresh towels. • The staff were nice, polite, and spoke good English. Cons: • I paid an extra 200k VND for breakfast, which was disappointing. The pictures showed a breakfast buffet, but in reality I received a plate with two eggs, three thinly sliced tomatoes and cucumbers, a plate of guava (no choice of fruit), and one bánh mì. Coffee and tea were available. On the second day, after I ordered an omelette, they brought two fried eggs and placed cucumbers, tomatoes, bread, and sausages in the “buffet zone.” • The soundproofing was awful. On the second day of my stay, a family moved into the room next door, and I could hear them talking as if they were in my room. Every time they used water, I noticed it—the noise was so loud that I could not even hear my own phone. • There was no air conditioning, so I had to open the window to cool down the room and let in fresh air, which made it very noisy since the hotel is very close to a busy road. Overall, I would not recommend staying at this hotel and would not choose it again. I have had better experiences in other hotels in Vietnam for the same price

    It’s difficult to adjust the hot water level because my cold water pipeline is blocked, leaving only hot water. Consequently, I can’t take a shower.
