    It is truly rare to find a hotel in Vietnam with such a thoughtful approach to user experience design as Mevan Da Lat. Every detail here shows how much they care about the guest's comfort. What I absolutely loved: Immaculate Bedroom: Extremely clean, with fresh and fragrant bedding that guaranteed a great night's sleep. A huge bonus is that each guest gets two large, plush pillows, which was an absolute dream. Smart Lighting System: Turning off the master switch leaves a soft, warm ambient light behind the headboard. This is perfect for light sleepers who prefer a dim room, avoiding total darkness or harsh bedside lamps pointing straight at your face. Great Amenities: The dedicated co-working space has fast Wi-Fi, perfect for remote work. The gym, while minimalist, offers everything needed for a solid workout session. Free Daily Housekeeping: Daily room cleaning is surprisingly rare in Da Lat, or often comes with an extra fee. Having fresh, complimentary daily housekeeping here was a wonderful touch. Seamless Automation: Almost 100% automated from check-in and check-out to purchasing snacks in the common area. The process is intuitive and effortless. Prime Location & Great Value: Located in a neighborhood surrounded by delicious local food options. Best of all, this high standard comes at a price significantly lower than average. A prime example of optimizing operations to cut costs without compromising guest experience. Minor suggestions for perfection: Adding a bathroom floor mat would be great (I had to use a used towel on my stay). The frosted glass partition between the bathroom and bedroom might make some guests or couples feel a bit self-conscious. Offering umbrellas or raincoats for rent or purchase would be a big help during the rainy season when guests want to explore nearby streets.

    Everything here is new and modern. They use QR codes or PIN numbers to access the building and rooms, so there’s no need for key cards. The electricity also doesn’t require a card, making it much more convenient since you don’t have to wait for someone to open the door. Everything is contactless, so you don’t need to interact with staff if you don’t want to. The location is great. It’s a little outside the city centre, but it’s still close by and surrounded by lots of delicious restaurants. The price is fair as well, probably because it’s near a college. The only thing I would nitpick is that when the bathroom or shower light is on, the glass becomes see-through. It’s not ideal for families or anyone sharing the room.
