About this house rental
An optional utilities and service fee of EUR 50,00 will be charged before your arrival. Details are given below.
If you want to spend a simple holiday, away from the hustle and bustle, in a traditional farmhouse preserved exactly as it was in the 1960s, this is the accommodation for you. The accommodation is on the first floor, with a large living area, a kitchen with the classic stone sink and fireplace, dining area and living room with a smart TV to bring us back to modern times. The house enjoys total privacy while being 2 km from everything. You can walk through the region and a visit to Acqualagna (2 km) or the beach at Fano (42 km) is also possible. Outside there is a large flat garden surrounded by trees where you can relax by the pool and grill in the BBQ. The terracotta floor and exposed wooden beams are the original ones of the country houses and even the furnishings have been maintained over time.
Optional Utilities & Service Package
An optional utilities and service package of EUR 50,00 can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it.
This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.

It's a great place, if you like it basic. The surrounding is beautiful, a lot of space inside and outside, the river Cagli is amazing. Our host was friendly, gave us some advices for restaurants and things to do,especially the spots for the river and even some Italian food.
