Our guesthouse apartment (#5, top floor) was very nicely built. clean, and spacious. It is right in the center of the small town of Alpbach. Overall - a lovely place to stay but you need to know about the parking, laundry, etc.
The booking info on Orbitz said there was free breakfast and underground parking. Neither was true. I got a E20 ticket for parking outside on the street in a parking zone. We were promised a free local access card. Our landlady offered that to us on the afternoon of the day before we left. The ad said there was laundry but you have to ask for it as it's not in the apartment.
A workman came into the apartment with no notification one afternoon to tinker with the wifi.
There was a dishwasher in the apartment but no soap to use.
