    I stayed for 1 night only . Room was clean and spacious with extra bed cot. Bathroom is clean,pool is clean . It is nearby mandir . All good restaurants nearby. Breakfast was good too.

    We booked 3 rooms from 24th to 25th Aug 2026. The rooms were beautiful, spacious, neat and well-maintained with clean toilets. No noise disturbance. Property is good and livable. But hospitality was very poor: 1.  Staff needs urgent training on how to deal with customers. The guard at the entrance had an annoyed face and nobody welcomed us. 2.  We arrived at 08:00 AM (train reached Veraval at 06:50 AM) and requested early check-in. It was rejected. We even requested just ONE room for ladies to freshen up, that was also rejected. We were forced to use the toilet near the swimming pool for our morning routine, like street sleepers. No staff came to assist us. We had to leave luggage at reception and go to Somnath Temple. 3.  Amenities were missing - soap and shaving kit were not in the room and soap was provided only on demand. 4.  Serious Safety Hazard (Photo attached):The TV switch was connected live without any proper plug. Open blue/green wires were hanging behind the TV. Same in all 3 rooms. Very dangerous, risk of fire / electric shock. Management must fix this immediately. Overall experience was mixed as we were mood-off in the morning. We had planned to book 50 rooms in October for a student tour, but changed our mind after this experience. Not recommended for families with senior citizens and children arriving early. If you are reaching early, a 2 or 3-star hotel with more humanitarian assistance is a better choice.
