No swimming pool Less breakfast options in non veg considering the hotel brand Overall, the staff were courteous and welcoming. However, I personally felt that Ms. Keyho came across as somewhat distant and less considerate towards guests. Her interactions lacked the warmth and hospitality one would generally expect. I also observed that her behaviour towards fellow staff members was not particularly encouraging or respectful. I believe she would benefit from additional training on guest relations, communication skills, and maintaining a positive and professional attitude with both guests and colleagues. Lastly, I had to made multiple requests for a little gesture of providing liquor(Beer) after bar was closed.
