The staff at this hotel stood out for their professionalism and friendliness. Always welcoming visitors with a smile, and providing answers and assistance on all matters.
My room was very good sized, and was clean and comfortable.
There is a beautiful pool that got a lot of use by visitors. But the lounge chairs could be upgraded (to allow for different levels of reclining), and sun umbrellas were lacking.
The hotel is in a nice, quiet neighborhood with plenty of dining options, and quality massage. It is a bit of a walk to the MRT / BTS stations. The hotel provides a tuk tuk to get you very close to these stations.
