Open space designs and roomy, Japanese heated toilet upstairs and down, separate Japanese shower/Bath, washing machine, Modern Japanese kitchen, outside patio with large table, lighting inside/out, each room own air conditioning settings. outside clean parking for two. Very quite neighborhood. Close to main road near beach.
