Grand Floridian is an exceptional resort! I will definitely stay there again.

Very clean, revamped rooms are well themed and comfortable. The monorail, boats and walkway make it exceptionally easy to get to the magic kingdom. We were in Sago Key which was close to the convention centre and staff areas which made it quite noisey. Having said that, this building is also close to the quick service and the routes to MK. Pools were nice. The Perch is also an interesting addition to the lobby. Would stay again, but wouldnt choose it over the Poly.

Spent 3 nights here, booked water view, king room and requested a high floor. Didn’t get any even though we actually paid extra for the water view Visited reception on shortly after arrival, late in the evening and were told someone will be in touch ( no response), contacted them by chat (no response) repeated this and told to go back to reception, did that, no one available so was promised that a “leader” would contact us, no one did! None existent customer service!!
