Easy to find and to get in. All instructions given ahead of time. You can walk to the unit from the bus station, as it’s is a 30 minute walk. Cabs are at around 200MEX pesos. Unpon arrival, we found the patio door lock to be inoperative (we had to put a stick at the bottom of the door to secure) for the first night. The locking mechanism wasn’t installed at the right height. We found only one thin and lumpy pillow for a king bed (we were two) the two others were the decorative ones we had to use for more support. Extra pillows found in the cupboard, but they were at the end of their life as they were lumpy and yellow, without covers. We wrote to Management the next morning and they were were very quick to respond and provide us with two brand new sealed pillows and their cases. (Within a few hours of our request) They also sent a maintenance crew to address the water pressure, lack of hot water situation and locking mechanism within one day. There is hard water in this region so pipes get clogged. They worked very well and were extremely nice, and solve the issues. The water heater broke again after one day, the maintenance team came the same day to change a part and resolve completely this issue. Sufficient accommodations in this unit. I might add a couple of wine glasses for a quiet drink on the balcony and a few pods for washing clothes as this was a short term rental. We decided to extend our stay and Management were able to accommodate us! The size of the unit is great for two and location is prime! Very quiet area for a great night sleep, respectful neighbors and nice gentleman at the front desk, always opening the door and welcoming us. It is close to beautiful public beach (15 minute walk), stores, restaurants and cafes. Away from nightlife but close enough to walk to. We definetly recommend this place for a nice vacation in the PdC area!
