Booked the unit for others on short notice. Self check-in was clearly explained and convenient, with instructions to collect the key from a lobby mailbox. Unfortunately, the key was missing upon arrival. Initial attempts to contact the property were delayed due to automated responses, but eventually succeeded through a third contact number. Thankfully, the issue was promptly resolved by Mr. Kausar Ali, who was very helpful and attentive on-site. The guests appreciated his support and assistance.
