Trion@KL studio Apartment

There was no breakfast facility provided by the Trion but there are many out side of Trion to get breakfast. And in the same building couple of places to do little shopping for your daily needs (groceries etc.).

If I start with my earlier request for early check in on 26/06/2024 (I made this request in first on April & secondly on first week of May until 26th June I haven't received any response. When I contact Trion KL Apartment 0n 26th of June 2024 fortunately somebody answer me and said "No I can't check in before 12.noon but then I mentioned I already made a request for early check in. Then this gentleman said ok he will try to prepare asap and called me said that I can check in by 10 to 10.30 am, So I thank to him and after I checked in only I found the person who talked with me is 'The room boy who do all the room service to 10 apartments including my one. So my biggest unsatisfaction is why TRION KL Apartment (B Tower) not directly control or no contact with their customers instead the room boy/cleaning personal. The other very bad thing is this room never clean/vacume at least once during my stay. I would like to request if TRION can keep 1 or 2 microfiber cloth with some cleaning liquid (Spray & wipe) I d KLont mind clean some areas where I like to keep clean. Living in clean areas is very healthy. Please think about this. Location wise I think I was very lucky to get a room like that I enjoy the super view out of my window while I was lying on my bed "Amazing Location" Thanks to TRION. I must mention The room boy (Farhed or someone) and the reception security guy ( ...Kumar) provided excellent service.
