Modern Mountain View Apartment - South Brisbane

The apartment was good value for money. Brett was on hand to assist and very accommodating with our requests.

Access to the property was a little confusing and caused a bit of stress at the start of the stay. Having said that Brett was available to help. As the apartment is independent of the complex the reception staff were a little cold and not really prepared to help. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Clean and bright new, generous provisions like coffee pods milk and washing powder, more than needed.

Just a quick note on arrival, the description to find the access key was confusing-Black and white key safe??? all safes were dark grey and black with four tumbler combinations except one that was hard to locate. This one was black and had no tumblers on the front but was digital. Perhaps the description to find the key could be modified to suit this particular key safe

The unit was comfortable except the air conditioning was difficult to moderate to a comfortable temperature. We had the temperature set at 24/25 degrees and were very cold in the bedroom at night. Not a problem usually but the bed covering was minimal and there were no spare blankets except the very thin covering and sheet on the bed. Unit was nice and clean however black mould is starting in the shower recess particularly where there is sealant
