Pendici di Fiesole - Appartamento Tuff Stone

Хорошо заправленные две простыни на одеяле, что намного лучше держится чем стандартная итальянская одна простынь вместо пододеяльника. Дворик с навесом и розы во дворе. Приятное своевременное общение с хозяевами. Отличное расположение, рядом магазины, кафе, остановки. Но общественный транспорт ходит очень не надёжно. Присылают подробную инструкцию как заехать. Чисто.

Самый главный минус - ржавая сушилка для белья, она оставила ржавые пятна на вещах, см. фото. Душевая лейка при первом использовании просто отпала, хозяева приходили чинить. Кондиционер в одной спальне не работал. Не было утюга, по запросу его принесли быстро но он протекал. Не все конфорки кухонной плиты работали. Была только одна капсула для посудомойки на 6 дней, мы попросили ещё 2 и нам принесли. Кухонный стол - уличный садовый стол, немного не удобно. В одной кровати в середине внизу что то периодически отпадывало/ резко отходило, что я пугалась что падаю.

The hosts were very informative and although we never met face to face they were very responsive over messages, gave lots of information regarding facilities (how to use machines, where to find washing detergent ect.) and about location (resturant recommendations, grocery stores) the kitchen was easy enough to cook in, minimal but do-able, everything functioned well, place was kept clean, even had a large collection of books if you were inclined to read whilst there!

the lighting in the rooms was a bit dim and would of liked more than 1x dish washer liquid or 1x washing machine liquid pouches as we had to hand wash dishes due to multiple uses and we would of liked to do clothes again before leaving.

Short train or walking distance from central. Very quiet and full of character.

The location was good, with good bus links to the centre of Florence and to Fiesole. The flat was clean The outside patio area was the best part of the flat

Bathroom: this is too small for anything other than a short stay. It was dufficult to work out how to open the bathroom door. Bedroom :The bedroom is massive with a lot of wasted space The large wardrobe takes up a lot of room, yet it is impossible to open long drawers. The bedroom floor is tiled, and the bed has a tendency to move away from the wall with the pillows falling down the back of the bed. Also one of the legs of the.bedframe is not secure, resulting in the mattress sagging - this happened every night. Kitchen: Unless you are above average height, the upper cupboards are out of reach. The small kitchen table ia an obstacle in the kitchen and serves.little purpose. A breakfast bar would have been a better idea. Front Room: A smart tv would have.been useful. There is no network connection on the tv and it was easier to watch films on my laptop. The sofabed is really uncomfortable.to sit on Really, this property is.not sutable for longer stays other than 2 to 3 days, unless you spend all of your time outside the flat. I would urge the owners to stay in the flat for a few days ao that they can see the problems for themselves.
