No 45 Roscoe St

The apartment was clean. Plenty of space and a good location. The bed was really comfy.

No lift so struggled a little with stairs as was on the top floor.

Great location , lovely large living room comfy bed and clean .

No contact until 4pm check in and no response to check in a little earlier , I would have paid a early Check in fee but wasn’t offered it . Room was quite cold and would have been nice if had a fridge and some complimentary milk to put in tea

Property was clean and comfortable for a short stay at the price you pay.

It was very basic but can’t be blamed at the price.

The location was good for what we had planned during our Luverpool visit. On arrival the accommodation looked very smart and comfortable.

There were a number of things that let the accommodation down. The shower had no screen or curtain, therefore water sprayed all over the floor, which was then wet for the rest of the day as no mop was provided. Also, there were no hooks to hang towels on. The sink was tiny and it was very hard to fill the kettle from it. It would have been nice to have a mirror in the bedroom. There was a kettle in the lounge area but no bin for teabags etc. We were woken several time during our second night stay by very loud noises from the heating pipes (we didn't have the heating on). Each time the noise went on for some time. Getting up and turning on the tap in the bathroom seemed to stop it for a short time, but it started again later in the night. With a little TLC and thought this could be a very nice property. Might be worth the owners staying for a few nights to see how they could make it work better for visitors.
