We stayed at L&L apartments for 3 nights while we travelled the Croatian Islands. The host Maja, was super helpful, extremely quick and responsive on texts, which gave us piece of mind and provided us with super quick answers about check in and location etc. When we arrived, we were able to hold our bags in a secure area as we were early for check in and Maja even took our bags into the apartment when it was ready! The apartment was super clean, (spotless), very modern, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, fully working AC, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, comfy beds and sofas. Plenty of crockery, coffee machine etc etc The perfect location for a stay here in Bol. It was 20mins walk to Zlatni Rat beach, a beautiful walk down the promenade - heaps of restaurants, beach bars and markets and 10/15mins walk to the port/harbour. Perfect location. One thing to mention it’s uphill coming back from the port - so don’t eat and drink too much! 🤣 It’s a lovely walk back. The view from the balcony is gorgeous. It’s the perfect set up for a family of 4. Plenty of space - very comfortable. We’ll be back, thanks Maja! X

The apartment was very clean and tidy. Great amenities. The apartment is in between the centre and Zlatni rat. The host Maja was very lovely.

The property owner, Maja, welcomed us upon arrival. Since she lives in the same building, she was able to respond quickly whenever any issue arose. We had a problem with the parking on the first day, but Maja resolved it immediately. The apartment was clean and functional. A washing machine and dishwasher were available, along with a sufficient supply of detergent. The kitchen equipment was clean and adequate for our needs. Towels were replaced every three days. The apartment is about a 15-minute walk from the city center, accessible via a somewhat steep road. There are also free bicycles available in front of the building, which are great for a morning workout. My most important recommendation for visitors to Bol is to do your grocery shopping before arriving. Since it is a small town, there are no large supermarkets with a wide range of products. If possible, it is best to buy whatever you need from the larger supermarkets in Supertar before coming to Bol. This will give you more options and help you avoid any inconvenience during your stay.

One of the two main issues with the apartment was the unpleasant drain odor in the bathroom. I believe it was coming from either the sink or the shower drain. Unfortunately, it was not possible to keep the bathroom window fully open to get rid of the smell, as there is another hotel directly opposite the building. The other issue was the internet connection. It was very slow and disconnected frequently, which made it unreliable. Another minor issue was that the fire department of Bol is located directly across from the balcony. They can be quite noisy at any time of the day or night, as they seem to be constantly active. While this may not be a major concern for everyone, it could be a disturbance for guests who are sensitive to noise.
