Location, privacy, lot of place to pack your stuffs.
Some repair would be welcomed. (Doors of the cupboard, button of the hotplate) Shade for the sitting area outside would be better. Wi-fi is terrible, it hardly works and slow. I was unable to upload my pictures to google pics.
