The staff were lovely and very helpful. Good English speaking and recommended great restaurants in town. Roof top view was spectacular and reception area was nice, with free pool table. The mountain view room was worth getting. Breakfast was okay and great location!! The reception staff organised a driver to the station. The room was spacious and bathroom was nice. Overall, definitely recommended staying here if visiting the National Park - it was a 15 min walk to East Gate.
The stay was worth what we paid for it :)

Cerca del bus a las montañas de Zhanjiajie. La chica joven es amable.
No hay desayuno para extranjeros, solo estilo chino, y pobre. La única mermelada que había estaba abierta desde hace mucho tiempo y el pan seco. Las cortinas de la habitación tenían hongos, también una funda de almohada, y humedades por todos lados. El suelo de la ducha estaba roto.
