The location was really convenient. It was a short walk to Tianmen cable cart. Plenty of local restaurants and tourist pubs around the area. Really short ride to the railway station. Room was large and clean. Jenny was an excellent host. Very personable and eager to help. Will recommend and stay again if I ever revisit Zhangjiajie.

La ubicación es perfecta y la habitación súper cómoda con todo lo necesario para la estadía, pero lejos lo mejor, es la atención de jenny! Que mujer mas simpática e increíble es ella! Atenta siempre para ayudarnos, su carisma hace que todo sea perfecto, además habla inglés muy bien! Tan buena es su hospitalidad que se ofreció a llevarnos al aeropuerto cuando ya dejábamos el hotel, 100% recomendado!!

Location could walk and Jenny gave us instructions to follow for where we wanted to go or organise transportation for us
A bit noisy at times , o lift but Jenny carried my case up and down stairs
