חצר הבית הייתה נפלאה, ומאפשרת לשהות בה לאורך זמן בהתאם למזג האוויר. בעלי הבית היו נעימים הדירה לא מותאמת למשפחה אין פינת אוכל מסודרת שאפשר לשבת לידה לאכול ביחד- יש בר שמאפשר לשני אנשים לשבת לידו. למרות שמצויין שיש מיזוג לא היה מזגן או מאוורר
