Fajne mieszkanie - widać że zrobione do życia a nie pod kątem wynajmu, zadbane i położone na cichum uboczu. Z ogrodu nie było możliwości skorzystania, ale w lecie zapewne stanowi to fajne udogodnienie. Mieszkanie dość czyste i dobrze wyposażone. Zaletą jest przypisane miejsce parkingowe.
Trochę skomplikowany pierwszy wjazd na osiedle i brakuje wyraźnie oznaczenia miejsca postojowego - które to. W garażu podziemnym są dwa miejsca 1 (oba po prawej stronie), ale nigdzie nie pisze które to H. Brakowało też informacji o ogrzewaniu podłogowym, niestety zauważyliśmy je zbyt późno - a pierwsza noc była bardzo zimna. Brakuje też sms-a aby mieć kody wszystkie w jednym miejscu.
