Charming & Cozy Stylish Apartment in the Heart of Budapest

The apartment had an excellent location. It was very easy to get around – there was a bus stop nearby with convenient connections to most of the main attractions. Everything was within walking distance, from about 500 meters to a few kilometers. Ordering a taxi was also very easy, and it stopped right in front of the building. There was a large grocery store just about 100 meters away, which was very convenient. Accessing the building was simple. Although two separate codes were required, everything worked smoothly after we received the correct one. The host was very responsive and helpful – when we contacted Bryan, he immediately provided us with the updated code and we were able to enter without any issues. The apartment itself is very modern, stylish, and cozy, with a nice European feel. The colors and interior design are beautiful. There was plenty of space for our group of nine women, and the three bedrooms were well arranged. Overall, the apartment felt comfortable and welcoming. We also really appreciated the high ceilings, the smart TV, and the overall value for money. Most importantly, the customer service was excellent – whenever we needed help or advice, we received quick and supportive responses.

These are just a few suggestions for improvement that could make the experience even better for future guests. Overall, we had a very positive stay, and these points did not negatively affect our experience. The apartment door can be slightly difficult to locate in the dark upon arrival, so clearer instructions or signage could be helpful. The fridge and trash bin are a bit small for larger groups (9–10 people), so slightly larger options would improve comfort. The Wi-Fi was unfortunately not working during our stay, so it would be good to ensure this is checked in advance. It would also be helpful to provide clearer information about waste disposal – for example, where the bins are located and whether guests are expected to sort waste (such as bottles or paper), as rules can vary between countries. There were also a couple of minor maintenance issues, but these were resolved quickly or were easy to fix.
