All its quirks and location

Minor things - we could have done with a 2nd key or a thumb turn lock so we could leave keys in the key box when our daughter went out for a separate event . We would have liked to have left the keys in the key box for her and gone to bed . The choice was either leave the door unlocked or wait for her to come back . Respected the property and kept the door locked . Please don’t take it as a major issue because it wasn’t - it was just one night .

This place feels like home as soon as you arrive. You can tell that it is a passion project with so much care to detail. I was with my 21 year old chef son who was also impressed with the kitchen, although we didn’t actually cook. The quirky details always gave you something to look at. We had a fun family evening listening to vinyl and playing games. There is lots of space and would be great for a family. The location is perfect and although right by the metro and seafront it is a nice quiet street. The owners were brilliant in at communication too.

The only issue was having to lock the door when leaving but only having one key. This meant that if one of us went out the other was locked in, unless they used the back door. A second key would have been very useful.

The location was ideal and we were very comfortable. Despite being in town centre, it was very quiet.

Low ceiling in main bedroom could do with a 'mind your head' warning sign. Smart TV was difficult to work with two remotes, but contact was prompt to help.

The property was in an excellent location. It was decorated in a quirky and eclectic style. The parking permit was extremely helpful. The bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed.
